When Willem August Bosch became manager and (partial) owner of the brewery in 1870, he moved the malting and brewing processes from Rechtstraat 61 to Wycker Grachtstraat. The brewer's house was renovated and expanded. The Bosch family home still exudes the atmosphere of the 'fin-de-siècle'. The period rooms are largely characterized by their late 1800s neoclassical style. They show you how the Maastricht upper-class lived at that time!
The ground floor contains the hall with the imposing staircase, the salon, the boardroom and the kitchen On a small courtyard are the aviary and privy. Located on the 1st floor are the living room and a bedroom, all in original condition.
