The most important pieces of the collection are:
- A 1924 SACM steam locomotive which finished its active career in 1961 on the Crèvecoeur railway in Saint-Just en chaussée.
- A Blanc-Misseron tramway locomotive from 1898 ex Tramways de la Sarthe (the first locomotive to be classified as a Historic Monument in France) which, with 2 second class coaches, makes up an original train set.
- A 130 T Decauville from 1910 which circulated throughout its career on the Portuguese railways.
- A Dion Bouton railcar ex chemin de fer des Côtes du Nord from 1932
- A TIV train made up of a 1909 Corpet-louvet locomotive, 3 second class cars and a boxcar.
- 2 Saint-Etienne Tramways cars built in 1883 (before the Eiffel Tower).
- A Brissoneau et Lotz prototype locomotive built in 1937 as a single unit for the Tramways des Deux-Sèvres, with a mixed 1st and 2nd class car from the same network
- A Fontainebleau tramway car from 1896.
- A car from the Lot ex Bretenoux to Saint-Céré railway built in 1907.
- A closed carriage of the Bordeaux to Cadillac railway built in 1897.
