It is a L-shaped building built in masonry for its walls and brick for architectural and decorative details.

The wool factory reused the hydraulic system of the old mill, and the old canalization is now preserved. The lower part of the building, now refurbished as a hotel, reveals the arches that allowed the water to escape, in a half-point arch and brick, the chopping blocks that allowed the entrance of the water or its containment, and even the internal channeling through Of glass floors.
