The Boom Brickworks Museum 't Geleeg gives an authentic picture of brick and tile industry in the Rupel region. It safeguards a Hoffmann-kiln, a periodic kiln, the drying sheds, the house of the owner, the storage and horse stables, ... The museum also has a large collection of brick making tools and machinery.
The museum and the industrial heritage site are managed by a non-profit organization, supported by a group of enthusiastic volunteers. The association is keeping alive the traditional crafts of brick and tilemakers.
